Job summary

Bosch Group in the UK is seeking a Graduate Calibration Engineer to join the Vehicle Technologies team. The 24-month programme starts in September 2027 and is based at the Nuneaton office, with international travel to partner sites in Europe as part of the role.

You will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme designed to build your skills in calibration, testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, guided by senior engineers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test, support calibration and verify the software in test vehicles and via simulation.
• Join test trips across Europe (including Germany, Sweden, Spain, Italy) for calibration activities.
• Travel and work periods at the Abstatt, Germany headquarters to build a network and gain knowledge.
• Analyse measurement data and support calibration improvements under guidance.
• Contribute to structured handling of changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with senior engineers, project management, and cross-functional teams.
• Support technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

Calibration Engineer:

Support Development & calibration of Anti-Lock Brakes System (ABS), Traction Control System (TCS), Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) and/or value added functions (VAF) in close collaboration with individual UK car manufacturers and to their requirements.

• Testing, supporting calibration and verifying the software and its application in test vehicles and via simulation.
• Taking part in numerous tests trips all over Europe (including Germany, Sweden, Spain, Italy).
• Travelling and working for periods at our headquarters in Abstatt, Germany to build up a network there and gain the knowledge you need to be effective in your role.
• Analyse measurement data and support calibration improvements under guidance.
• Contribute to structured handling of changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with senior engineers, project management, and cross-functional teams.
• Support technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Additional Information

This is a 24-month graduate role beginning inSeptember 2027. This position is open to recent graduates looking for a graduate level opportunity.

Location: you will be based at the Nuneaton office.
