Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support and proactive advice to customers across multiple industries.
  • Deliver product training and demonstrations to help clients get the most from our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement and maintain CAM applications.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Keep the team updated with progress reports, insights, and risk areas.
  • Maintain top-notch quality and reliability in everything you do.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • CAD/CAM/CNC programming experience (Edgecam/NCSimul preferred; training available for other systems).
  • Knowledge of CNC controllers (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, Mazak); on-machine probing is a plus.
  • Strong team player with initiative, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to travel within the UK as needed.
  • Valid UK/EU passport or UK visa, with the right to reside in the UK.
