Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Listen and understand customer needs to recommend product solutions.
  • Identify sales opportunities to support future growth.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and applications.
  • Develop applications that meet client objectives and user needs.
  • Install applications and ensure proper communication between equipment and systems.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries, providing pricing and delivery information with technical support as required.
  • Produce quotations aligned with specifications and best practices for relevant products.
  • Coordinate and monitor assigned engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Input important customer contact information into the CRM system (Salesforce) in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues in a manner consistent with the company's mission and values.
  • Handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally.
  • Be creative, analytical, and driven.
  • Enjoy complex problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Work experience as an Application Engineer.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Resilient and capable of working independently.
