Responsibilities
- Translate real-world workflows into robust configurations for the clinical model and configuration layers of our product.
- Map and improve customer processes and ensure new sites are set up correctly and ready for adoption.
- Lead 2nd/3rd line investigations, deliver bespoke development in the legacy clinical model where appropriate, and support customers end-to-end through demonstrations, training, onboarding, and onsite go-live.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, field and escalate system queries, and act as a conduit between customers and internal teams.
- Help define and scope new product work, balancing customer needs with delivery feasibility.
- Deliver product demonstrations, prepare tailored demo scripts and datasets, conduct live remote demonstrations, capture questions and follow-up actions, and maintain demo environments reflecting current product capabilities.
- Provide customer process mapping assistance and facilitate workshops to capture current state processes, helping map future state workflows.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; align workflows to product configuration; produce process maps, RACI notes, and signoffs to inform configuration and development.
- Configure new projects (gather configuration requirements; set up roles, permissions, forms, templates, and parameters); build and validate configurations in non-production, then promote to production with approvals.
- Maintain configuration inventories, change logs, and environment parity.
- Deliver customer training and develop/maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and exercises; deliver remote role-based training and assess understanding while reinforcing best practices.
- Track attendance, feedback, and competency; schedule refreshers as needed.
- Support general onboarding (fielding system queries, pain points, escalating accordingly) and run onboarding clinics and Q&A sessions; manage early-life support queues.
- Log, triage, and escalate pain points; ensure timely responses and clear updates; provide guidance on best practices, navigation, and setup for new users and sites.
- Provide implementation and go-live support.
