Job summary

Poloworks is seeking an Appian Product Owner to lead Product Ownership within Polo Digital. You will define the Appian product vision, oversee development, and govern the product change lifecycle across multiple services and Lines of Business.

The role requires deep experience with Appian, enterprise-scale digital platforms, and strong leadership. A hybrid working arrangement is offered with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management or product ownership roles within digital, technology, or platform-led environments.
• Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise digital platforms, preferably low-code or workflow-based platforms such as Appian.
• Strong background in delivering complex digital products and services within regulated or enterprise-scale organisations.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and change pipelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret data, KPIs, and analytics to drive informed product decisions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability.
• Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Product Management and Product Ownership function with cross-team collaboration.
• Define and communicate Appian product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Polo Digital.
• Oversee Appian product development, backlog prioritisation, and release governance.
• Own standardisation of product collateral, IP, and client-specific data schemas.
• Support deployment to clients and drive continuous service improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to identify root causes and deliver improvements.
