YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Apigee Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade APIs using Apigee Edge or Apigee X. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, RESTful services, and API gateway solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot, JAX-RS, Hibernate).
• Develop API proxies, policies, and shared flows in Apigee.
• Integrate backend microservices with Apigee API Gateway.
• Ensure API security using OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, etc.
• Monitor and optimize API performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for API lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues.
• Document API designs, configurations, and development processes.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apigee Edge or Apigee X.
• Experience with API security standards (OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Good understanding of JSON, XML, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Experience with Postman, Splunk, and other API testing/troubleshooting tools.
