The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a housekeeper at No.1 Apartments, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our luxury apartments. This role is vital in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of guest apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring they are immaculate and ready for guests.
  • Linen & Towels: Change bed linens and towels, and ensure they are laundered and presented to a high standard.
  • Inventory: Replenish amenities such as toiletries, tea, coffee, and other guest supplies.
  • Attention to Detail: Conduct detailed inspections of apartments to ensure that everything meets our high‑quality standards, addressing any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and discreet service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for during their stay.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front‑of‑house and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
About You
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, serviced apartments, or similar environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness.
  • Organised & Efficient: You can manage your time effectively, working efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure apartments are ready for guests.
  • Customer‑Focused: You are friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent service to our guests.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexible: You are willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
