A leading insurance broker in Liverpool is seeking graduates for their General Insurance & Professional Risk Broking Graduate Programme 2026. This role offers a structured training program with hands-on experience in risk management and client negotiations. Ideal candidates should hold a 2:1 degree in any subject and possess strong communication and analytical skills. The program supports obtaining industry-recognized qualifications and encourages growth within a vibrant team environment.

Based in our Liverpool office with an impressive history of more than 90-years, working across a range of sectors, we offer graduates a structured and on-the-job training programme, which may involve rotating through different departments, within either our General Insurance or Professional Risks divisions.
Each division has a dedicated Manager to oversee development, providing regular support and feedback and connecting you with peers and experts.

As a Griffiths & Armour, an Aon Company Graduate, you will be enrolled onto Aon’s Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around 3 core elements:
Once you’ve completed the formal 18 month graduate programme you will be promoted into your next role within the team. We will continue to support technical and business skills training, and your CII qualifications. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, enabling you to continue to progress.

Our graduates are on permanent contracts from day one, we welcome applications from candidates who have their own right to work within the UK where you can maintain and demonstrate your right to work throughout the duration of your employment. This may include pre-settled or settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme – or if you have applied and you are waiting for a decision.
Both the General Insurance and Professional Risks roles are based in our Liverpool office.
We recognise the value for to our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new graduate, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you can then work more flexibly, spending at least 3 to 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
