A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Client Management - Commercial Risk Apprentice in Glasgow. You will support clients in managing insurance programmes while developing key professional skills. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and ambition, with a minimum of 112 UCAS points. This role offers a permanent contract from day one and extensive professional development opportunities.

Our Commercial Risk teams are responsible for helping clients protect their business in a world increasingly exposed to new risks, whether that’s extreme weather events or the emergence of AI. Aon aims to provide a tailored risk transfer approach as well as extensive risk management advice and services.
We assist clients with their insurance buying decisions, aiming to optimize the balance of risk transfer and retention financing through valuation and analysis.
Join our Commercial Risk Apprenticeship scheme as a valued and permanent employee from day one. You will support clients in managing their insurance programmes and risk identification. You will work with well-known brands, ensuring they have appropriate insurance cover across a wide range of products from property to cyber.
You will join as a Business Support Specialist and play a key part in supporting clients and helping the team manage expectations and deliver on time.
During your apprenticeship, you will build professional relationships with colleagues and clients and develop your professional skills and career progression.

After completing the formal apprenticeship programme, you will continue to receive support at Aon. We would expect you to be promotion ready within 18 to 24 months and you will continue to grow your career in the insurance industry. You will also be able to continue your studies for CII qualifications through to Chartered status and explore different career paths within Aon.
