Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight, or transport coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a time-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage worldwide import and export movements across multimodal shipments.
• React quickly to urgent aircraft-on-ground situations.
• Arrange flights and haulage with carriers and agents.
• Prepare and submit customs entries.
• Complete AWBs and delivery paperwork.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers for service excellence.
• Assist with hazardous goods documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment records.
• Support senior team members in logistics operations.
• Provide high-level customer service and support 24/7 aviation logistics.
