Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
  • Managing around 50 B2B clients and making sure they get the best service possible.
  • Growing those accounts by upselling, cross-selling, and finding new ways to add value.
  • Creating joint business plans that actually work (not just look good on paper).
  • Keeping an eye on performance and reporting back on wins and opportunities.
  • Getting out and about at client events think conferences, expos, charity gigs.
  • Working closely with our internal teams like Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Trade to make things happen.
  • Running regular account reviews to keep everything on track.
  • Handling queries quickly and accurately because nobody likes waiting.
A Few Things About You
  • Solid experience in B2B account management.
  • Ideally, you’ve worked with white goods or MDA before.
  • A natural relationship builder with top-notch communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and obsessed with delivering great service.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Someone who can work independently but loves being part of a team.
