• Lead on student engagement, curriculum and assessment design, staff management and KPI setting and monitoring.
• Collaborate with other departments and support our two animal collections.
• Hold a teaching and course management caseload from Level 1 to Level 3.
• Support and line-manage teachers and technicians, fostering a safeguarding-aware environment.
