Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Anaplan Developer to support Finance and Actuarial transformation initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan planning solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion processes and enabling enhanced forecasting and reporting.

The position requires strong hands-on model-building expertise, ALM experience, and the ability to build dashboards and integrations across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Anaplan development experience with hands-on model-building.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining complex Anaplan planning models.
  • Strong knowledge of ALM and deployment practices.
  • Experience in Anaplan UX design and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Anaplan solutions supporting Finance and Actuarial functions.
  • Build scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting models leveraging Anaplan best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Anaplan modules, calculations, lists, hierarchies, and model structures.
  • Create planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure Anaplan solutions align with Oracle Fusion business processes.
  • Optimize Anaplan model performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Support ALM, model promotion, and release management activities.
  • Support integration between enterprise platforms and planning applications.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.

About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Developer to support Finance and Actuarial transformation initiatives within the Insurance sector. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan planning solutions that align with future-state Oracle Fusion processes and enable enhanced financial forecasting, business planning, profitability analysis, and management reporting capabilities.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:
  • Design and develop Anaplan solutions supporting Finance and Actuarial business functions.
  • Build scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting models leveraging Anaplan best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Anaplan modules, calculations, lists, hierarchies, and model structures.
  • Create planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure Anaplan solutions align with future-state Oracle Fusion business processes.
  • Optimize Anaplan model performance, usability, and scalability.

Your Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of Anaplan development experience with strong hands-on model-building expertise.
  • Experience developing and maintaining complex planning and forecasting models within Anaplan.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment practices.
  • Experience in Anaplan UX design and dashboard development.
  • Expertise in model optimization, performance tuning, and best practices.
  • Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
  • Good understanding of Finance and Actuarial planning processes.
Domain Expertise:

Experience implementing one or more of the following processes within Anaplan:

  • IFRS 17 Planning & Reporting
  • Solvency II Capital Planning
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Cost Allocation
  • Profitability Reporting
  • Financial Consolidation
  • Management Reporting and Performance Analytics
