Job summary

Vanderlande are seeking an Analytics Team Leader in London (Heathrow) to drive the analytics function within our Strategic Partnership. You will lead a team, monitor performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver data-driven insights that support operational KPIs.

You will mentor and motivate the team, ensure effective communication, and maintain a hands-on approach to performance management and delivery of actionable analytics within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics foundation with SQL/Python or R experience.
• Experience turning data into business-ready insights for leadership.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Experience with data visualisation tools and storytelling with data.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and service KPIs in a complex operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day team activities and set clear goals for individuals and the team.
• Lead performance for Vanderlande in the Heathrow partnership with focus on Service KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations and resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Motivate and engage team members, recognising high performance.
• Identify and support in training needs to meet organizational goals.
• Resolve internal issues and foster a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
• Represent the team at customer meetings in a professional manner.
