About The Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our Platform team. You’ll play a key role in mentoring our analytics team, shaping how data is used across the business, and delivering insights that drive smarter decisions.

What you will be doing

• Supporting and mentoring the Data Analytics team to develop structured ways of working
• Planning resources to meet the needs of a fast‑scaling business
• Extracting and transforming data to deliver meaningful insights
• Creating engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Developing reporting data products and automation solutions
• Championing data quality and governance across the business

Who we are looking for

• Strong experience using Power BI or similar BI tools
• Proven experience leading analytics teams and mentoring others
