Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required or equivalent work experience.
• Eligibility to start a full-time role in 2027.
• Sponsorship for UK Skilled Worker under New Entrant Requirements is available.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and client-facing roles.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Bloomberg client support to users worldwide.
• Answer client questions and resolve complex workflow challenges.
• Deliver training, onboarding, and product rollouts in collaboration with teams.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives and relationship management.
• Develop product, market, and client expertise to grow in Analytics & Sales.
