Equifax is seeking a data analytics professional in London to bridge the gap between analytical users and technical teams. You will own business requirements, user enablement, and day-to-day compliance of the Ignite analytical platforms, guiding projects from ideation through implementation.
You will collaborate with internal D&A users, Product teams representing external clients, and Technology teams to design capabilities, assess upgrade impacts, and document best practices.
• Act as the bridge between analytical users and technical teams
• Own business requirements, user enablement, and day-to-day compliance of the Ignite analytical platforms
• Liaise between internal D&A analytical users, the Product team representing external clients, and Technology teams
• Understand user needs and identify new requirements and problems
• Establish best-practice guidance and maintain user guides for initial setup and key capabilities
• Prioritise and resolve user issues and needs with Product and Technology teams
• Assess the impact of platform changes and upgrades
• Design and implement new capabilities for client-facing Ignite platforms
• Work with the D&A Governance team to ensure compliant use by Equifax users and external clients
• Implement cost-control monitoring for Ignite Internal and make or implement recommendations
• Design and document backup and recovery plans for all Ignite platforms
Demonstrates strong expertise in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL and Python, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance within analytical platforms. Capable of designing and implementing new capabilities and best practices for client-facing platforms.
