Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Построение и поддержка масштабируемой, безопасной аналитической платформы
• Владение хранилищем Snowflake и проектом dbt, включая модели данных, стандарты и расходы
• Обеспечение качества данных через тестирование, мониторинг и оповещения
• Контроль затрат платформы и поиск способов устранения потерь
• Развитие хранилища как продукта для аналитиков и бизнес-пользователей

Ohme provides an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform for the residential EV charging market. It connects cars, chargers, people, and energy providers to support the transition to clean, affordable energy.

Задачи:

• Build and run a scalable, secure analytics platform
• Own the Snowflake warehouse and dbt project, including data models, engineering standards, and cost, in collaboration with the Lead Analytics Engineer
• Manage data quality and reliability through testing, monitoring, alerting, and responses to incorrect or delayed data
• Track platform cost per charger and build processes to identify and remove waste
• Develop the warehouse as a product for analysts, business users, and AI tooling
• Build well-modelled, tested, and documented dbt assets
• Monitor spend, freshness, and tests to identify issues before they affect downstream users
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards
• Develop routines, agents, and workflows that automate repetitive analytics engineering tasks
• Support analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders with clear, useful answers about the warehouse
• Shape the analytics platform’s architecture alongside the Lead Analytics Engineer

Требования:

• Strong SQL skills and solid knowledge of dimensional modelling, including star schemas, facts and dimensions, and slowly changing dimensions
• Hands-on Snowflake experience, including RBAC, column-level security, dynamic data masking, and SSO or identity provider integration
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Familiarity with LookML, Omni, the dbt Semantic Layer, or similar
• Able to connect technical choices to business outcomes and make trade-offs between cost, freshness, correctness, and speed
• Able to communicate precisely with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to turn loosely defined problems into plans and sequence the work
• Gives and receives feedback constructively and maintains high engineering standards
• Takes ownership of investigating and preventing issues
