Job summary

Spinwell is recruiting for an Analytics & AI Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. The role combines leadership of analytics and machine learning initiatives with hands-on delivery across dashboards, data pipelines and cloud integrations.

Based in Kilburn with a hybrid model (3 days onsite), the successful candidate will own the analytics product roadmap, mentor a small team, engage stakeholders and drive data governance, literacy and cost-effective decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data product roles in large environments.
• Experience implementing analytics solutions using OAC / Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud or eBusiness Suite and HR/Finance/Logistics domains.
• Practical ETL, data modelling, and dashboard/reporting development.
• Experience leading product or data-focused project teams with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and improvement of analytics products focusing on OAC and data intelligence.
• Own analytics and AI product roadmap aligned with peers across functions.
• Mentor a small team of analysts, fostering evidence-based delivery.
• Engage stakeholders to translate analytical needs into dashboards and automated solutions.
• Champion data governance, literacy and data-driven decision making.
• Analyse user feedback to improve decision tools and data assets.
• Design and optimise cloud-based data integrations across systems.
• Support change management including training and impact assessments.
• Present proposals to the Head of Product with value and cost-benefit cases.
• Drive data literacy and reusable analytics patterns to boost productivity and customer experiences.
