Walker Cole International is supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in its search for an Analytical Development Scientist to join the Research and Development (R&D) department.

Responsibilities
  • Developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution, stability studies) in compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
  • Conducting physical and chemical testing on prototype and commercial formulations, assessing stability and product quality.
  • Preparing and reviewing analytical documentation, including validation reports, specifications, SOPs, and regulatory submission data.
  • Supporting investigations, method troubleshooting, and analytical problem‑solving across R&D and Quality teams.
  • Mentoring and training junior scientists, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
  • Strong experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, Empower, LIMS).
