An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analytical Chemist to join ResChem Analytical Limited based in Derby England. We are a responsive client focused analytical laboratory who specialise in pesticide residue analysis conducting regulatory studies to GLP on behalf of agrochemical companies for the registration of plant protection products.
ResChem Analytical Limited is a division of Smithers ERS Limited which provides a wide range of environmental safety testing services for the pharmaceutical agricultural industrial and specialty chemical and personal care industries. Our teams include experienced scientists and technicians offering a broad range of skills and areas of expertise.
Reporting to the Associate Director of ResChem we are looking for team members who are self-motivated enthusiastic ambitious who have a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for problem solving. The individual will be working as part of an established team and the role will encompass all aspects of pesticide residue chemistry including sample preparation extraction purification and quantitation by LC-MS / MS or GC-MS.
All work will be conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and specifically those regulations (GLP) specified in the study plans protocols or work agreements governing the work in which they are involved.
