To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you will be doing
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver clear, insightful analytics that guide decision‑making for Sparks members – looking at both past behaviours and future trends.
  • Assess Sparks campaigns' impact on customer engagement, behaviour change, and profitability for storytelling.
  • Analyze Sparks members' shopping habits, interactions, and responses to improve customer engagement.
  • Support Agile Trading Decisions: Respond quickly to trading questions with fast‑paced analysis that delivers actionable insights and supports real‑time decision‑making.
  • Empower Through Automation: Build accessible, interactive dashboards and automated processes that make insights easy to use‑freeing up time to explore new opportunities.
Who you are
  • You enjoy delving into customer‑led analytics and possess a curiosity to investigate data in innovative and valuable ways.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, commercial recommendations.
  • Experience with SQL/PySpark, Python, and Power BI, plus a solid understanding of statistical techniques like forecasting and regression.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and a degree in a numerate subject such as Maths, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Bonus: Experience with Synapse, Databricks, or APIs is a plus.
