Specifically you will be accountable and responsible for taking appropriate action with respect to the Companys and Tech AMD Department including :

The Kofax RPA platform is used by the operations team to provide a wide range of automated processing across two distinct legal entities within the organisation. The purpose of this role is to provide support for the Kofax RPA platform and ensure its performance and availability throughout the working day to avoid any financial or operational risks.

The role requires a strong technical knowledge of the Kofax suit and a proven track record in the support of the platform. It is essential to maintain a close working relationship with all stakeholders and to become a trusted expert in all aspects in relations to the support of the Kofax RPA platform. The team supports a number of applications and the role will need to develop over time to cover some of these other applications.

This role will support ongoing projects / upgrade activities on RPA / KTA platform who will provide continuity during MGS migration and leadership going forward.

Technical Capability
  • Experience of supporting the Kofax RPA platform in a banking environment
  • Detailed knowledge of Kofax RPA and KTA Architecture
  • To be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the RPA system administration functions.
  • Hands on experience of SQL Server
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating system
  • Hands-on experience of the Teamcity Build tools.
  • Git version control
  • Hands-on experience of the Team city Build tools.
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating system (including Active Directory and IIS Web server)
  • Able to support standard Documentation as part of process. E.g. Service Manual etc.
  • Knowledge of controlled and standardised environment such as PLC and SDLC

Relationship with other functions and stakeholders

Performance and Duties

Support RPA and ECM FileNet / Kofax Fax Docusign platform to support EOO and compliance FCOE as expected.
