How will you make an impact in this role?

Join our UK Credit Risk Team, where we design and deliver forward-thinking credit risk strategies that fuel business growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes — from acquisition through the full customer lifecycle.

As a Risk Analyst and relationship manager to credit bureau, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use credit bureau data to make smarter, faster, and fairer decisions. You’ll build strong relationships with our Credit Reference Agencies, explore cutting-edge data products, and uncover insights that help us stay ahead of emerging credit trends — all while ensuring compliance and governance excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic partnerships: Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with Credit Reference Agencies to ensure access to high‑quality data and innovative solutions.
  • Unlock insights: Analyse bureau data to detect early industry credit trends, enabling proactive decision‑making across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive innovation: Champion experimentation with the latest consumer and commercial data products released by Credit Reference Agencies.
  • Shape the future of risk: Evaluate new data sources and industry developments to enhance our risk frameworks, improving both profitability and customer experience.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Procurement teams to turn insights into scalable, business‑ready strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics)
  • Coding skills in SQL with hands‑on experience is required
  • Good communication and persuasion skills with an ability to translate technical analysis into business strategy recommendations; conceptualise and sell ideas to internal and external partners
  • Results driven with strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple priorities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have experience in Credit Reference Agency data and products is a plus
  • Have good understanding of regulations governing Credit Reference Agency data is a plus
