A leading music technology company in London seeks a Reward Analyst to support its People team. We’re are looking for a Reward Analyst with a passion for data, people, and purpose. This is a unique opportunity to join our London-based People team temporarily (6 months maternity cover) and help shape how we reward, recognise and retain talent across Kobalt.
You’ll dive deep into data to uncover insights that drive real impact — supporting everything from salary and bonus cycle planning to benchmarking and translating data into comprehensive stories that support strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you’ll help ensure our pay and benefits are competitive, fair, and aligned with what matters most to our people.
