Analyst or Associate | Real Estate Finance advisory

We are working with a boutique real estate capital advisory platform that helps clients raise debt and equity across the property lifecycle. The business has carved out a reputation for delivering creative, value-add financing solutions and works on mandates across residential, BTR, PBSA and commercial assets.

The Role

You’ll be joining a small, highly regarded team, working closely with senior professionals to support the analysis, structuring and execution of real estate debt and equity transactions across the UK.

Typical responsibilities include:
  • Financial analysis and cashflow modelling to assess capital structures and debt serviceability
  • Conducting market and economic research to validate project assumptions and valuations
  • Preparing lender presentations and supporting materials
  • Assisting in the negotiation of terms with lenders and reviewing facility documentation
  • Engaging with lenders to stay up to date on pricing, covenant trends, and underwriting criteria
  • Supporting origination activity by identifying and engaging potential borrower clients
About You

We’re open on background — the role could suit:

  • An Analyst or Associate with 1–2 years’ experience in real estate finance (from a lender or advisory firm), or
  • A high-calibre graduate with strong internship experience in real estate or corporate finance

You’ll need:

  • Strong analytical ability and proven financial modelling skills
  • Excellent academics (a good degree from a leading university is expected)
  • Confidence in presenting and communicating with both borrowers and lenders
  • A genuine interest in UK real estate and capital markets
