Analyst, Fixed Asset Advisory Services

Hey Kroll superstars! Are you ready to dive into the world of Fixed Asset Advisory Services with Kroll's amazing team? We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Team as Analysts.

Our Fixed Asset Advisory Services (FAAS) practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management, and property insurance appraisal.

Navigating Responsibilities

  • Visiting client facilities, discussing with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement.
  • Investigating and developing analyses to estimate the value for tangible assets for insurance and financial purposes.
  • Contributing to the delivery of accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions
  • Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports and online dashboards.
  • Contributing to the development of software and digitalization of products and in-house modelling.
  • Traveling is required for the position.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Current Degree Pursuit:Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)
  • Building construction or plants and machinery knowledge
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical Thinker: Detail-oriented thinker with quick evaluation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Languages : Proficiency in spoken and written English
