Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a senior analog design engineer to shape product definitions and drive high-performance IC development in the UK. You will help optimize analog/mixed-signal blocks, mentor teammates, and contribute to robust verification plans and comprehensive documentation.

Collaborating with marketing, design, test, and QA teams, you will ensure architectural excellence, tight integration across IPs, and a strong focus on quality and reliability in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Fully competent in all common aspects of analog design.
• Design experience in precision analog circuitry.
• Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes).
• Ability to develop system architectures.
• Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
• Knowledge of all aspects of IC development beyond analog design to collaborate with cross-functional teams: understanding the basic digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering.
• Ability to see the big picture while not losing track of details.
• Excellent communication skills to operate in a global environment.
• Coaching, mentoring, and development of team members.
