An Analog Design Engineer skilled in the design and layout of high-speed circuits, an advanced user of EDA tools and with a deep understanding of transistor and wireline communications fundamentals will join a thriving scale‑up semiconductor company, revolutionizing wired connectivity. Generous salary up to £90K and Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 WFH).

Key Requirements include:
  • Masters / PhD in Electronics or similar discipline.
  • Several years commercial experience in analog design and layout.
  • Expertise in the design and layout of high-speed circuits such as oscillators or phase‑locked loops and other fundamental building blocks like amplifiers, buffers, regulators etc.
  • Experience with modern semiconductor process technologies.
  • An advanced user of EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso ideal) for design and verification of analog circuits.
  • Strong understanding of transistor and wireline communications fundamentals.

The successful Analog Design Engineer will be a key member of a multi‑cultural, multi‑disciplinary team of Engineers working on cutting‑edge technology enabling the build of low‑cost, scalable, energy efficient AI systems Worldwide.
