Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking staff for a theatre perioperative post covering both children and adults. Newly qualified and experienced practitioners are welcome. The role includes preceptorship and supernumerary status while gaining competencies, with an in-house perioperative course and support for revalidation.

Job description

This is a theatre post in the West Wing anaesthetics department at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, covering children and adults and open to newly qualified and experienced practitioners. The work is perioperative care within a theatre team, with the Trust's education team supporting career development. Preceptorship and supernumerary status while competencies are gained set it apart, alongside an in-house perioperative course and a PG Cert/Dip in advanced perioperative care. Interviews are in person only, with no virtual option.
