Job summary

IAG Transform is seeking an experienced governance and compliance professional to own AMOS governance, define organisational standards, and oversee data integrity across processes. You will lead training, policy development and risk assessments to ensure regulatory adherence and secure data management.

You will work with cross-functional teams to embed standards, manage data governance frameworks, and strengthen cybersecurity and risk mitigation practices within a fast-moving aviation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in governance, compliance, or data management roles.
• Strong understanding of AMOS or similar enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, audit processes, and industry standards.
• Experience in data migration, integration, and governance.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AMOS governance, ensuring standardisation, compliance, and audit readiness across processes.
• Develop organisational standards, policies, and procedures for consistency and quality.
• Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Lead data security measures including protection, cyber security, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee data migration and integration to ensure accuracy and security.
• Design and deliver training programmes on standards, compliance, security, and data governance.
• Create and maintain policies related to standards, compliance, security, and data governance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed standards and compliance.
• Develop and manage data governance frameworks for data quality, security, and accessibility.
• Develop and execute training initiatives to enhance awareness and adherence.
