Job summary

Cumberland is seeking an AML Operations & Quality Control Program Manager to own the quality control testing across KYC, monitoring and SAR processes. The role focuses on building dashboards, reporting to senior management, and ensuring a well-controlled AML program across US and international entities.

Qualifications

Experience designing and maturing QA/QC testing programs in AML/KYC or financial crime risk.
Strong ability to build and maintain QC metrics and executive-level reporting.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration with analysts, operations and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Quality Control Program Ownership: design, own and execute monthly KYC QC testing across Cumberland entities; cover onboarding, refreshes, transaction monitoring, SARs and settlements.
Metrics, Reporting & Executive Deliverables: produce KPI dashboards, executive summaries, and management reports for senior stakeholders and regulators.
Operational Program Management: manage testing calendar, population data, sampling, and QC procedures; coordinate with multiple teams for data pipelines.
Training & Continuous Improvement: provide feedback, identify training needs, and drive program improvements and regulatory awareness.
