Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal compliance at an international law firm.
• Experience in AML and legal conflicts management.
• Proficiency in using Intapp Open.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent IT skills, with a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review CDD for new clients and undertake CDD.
• Conduct in-depth research using databases and risk screening software.
• Provide guidance to fee-earners on source of funds for transactions.
• Carry out client and matter risk assessments on Intapp.
• Handle enquiries from fee earners and support staff.
• Conduct and analyze potential conflicts of interest using databases.
• Assess and communicate conflict search results to fee earners.
• Manage resolution of conflict issues, escalating when necessary.
