Job Description

• Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards.
• Data Validation and Upload.
• Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data and contract breaches.
• Resolve data and mapping queries from third‑party outsource partners.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Underwriting, Finance/Credit Control and Claims, third‑party service providers, coverholders, broker and TPAs.
• Support Underwriters in monitoring binder performance.
• Highlight and escalation persistent data or performance issues.
• Provide training to third‑party service providers and members of the London team where required.
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s regulatory framework, including binding authority contracts, Coverholder audits and reporting standards.
• Strong understanding of bordereau types: premium, risk, claims and paid.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
• Experience with data integration/mapping tools.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, able to build relationships within the business at all levels as well as with brokers/coverholders as required.
• Strong experience in Delegated Authorities and bordereaux practices with good knowledge of Lloyd’s, FCA/PRA and other regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in bordereaux management, oversight and processing at a senior analyst level.
