Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker AMHP for the East Sussex Emergency Duty Service. The role is based in East Sussex with hybrid working and a 37-hour week, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Locum contract and ASAP start.

You will carry AMHP-qualifications, assess urgent cases and coordinate care with partner teams. Travel to locations across East Sussex is required to deliver on-site support and intervention.<\/p>

Qualifications

• AMHP qualification is required.
• Ability to conduct urgent mental health assessments.
• Experience working across evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent mental health assessments during evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Utilise AMHP qualification to conduct assessments and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for adults in need.
• Travel to different locations within East Sussex to provide on-site intervention.
