Amenity Technical Sales Manager – South East England – £50,000 – £60,000 basic + 20% bonus + Car + Great Benefits

The Job: We are recruiting an ambitious and technically competent Amenity Technical Sales Manager to lead sales of seeds, fertilisers and turf care products across the South East of England. This role will work primarily through distributors selling to golf courses, football clubs, councils and grounds teams, providing industry‑leading advice and solutions that help turf professionals succeed.

With a broad portfolio of seeds, fertilisers and turf solutions, the company supports groundcare professionals with tailored solutions and expert service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth across the South East territory via distributor networks and key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with greenskeepers, turf managers and grounds staff.
  • Deliver expert technical guidance on seed selection, fertiliser programmes and turf management best practice.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade events, customer days and industry meetings.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to internal teams.
The Candidate
  • Demonstrable sales experience in seeds, fertilisers, amenity turf or related sectors.
  • Technical understanding of turf management and product applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated and capable of managing a large field territory.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally and regionally.
The Package:
  • £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary DOE
  • Up to 20% performance bonus
