Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Croydon is seeking a Trainee Landscaping Technician to join our team. The role involves visiting customer sites to install and maintain plant displays and scenting units, with full training provided.

A company vehicle and fuel card are included, plus bonuses and a pension option. We offer a competitive salary to start, a Monday–Friday 40 hr week, and potential overtime with salary increases.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Able to undertake physical tasks such as installing planters and hanging baskets.
• Enjoy driving and be comfortable with working at heights.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

We are currently seeking an Trainee Landscaping Technician to join our dedicated team at the Croydon branch, covering the Watford, Cambridge, Harlow and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training.
