Job summary

Fox Red Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Real Estate Solicitor for a progressive law firm.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years PQE and handle all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, with some exposure to new build conveyancing. You will work with minimal supervision and show an interest in business development to support a busy team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage all aspects of the conveyancing process with minimal supervision.
• Experience with sales, purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages.
• Exposure to new build conveyancing is helpful.
• Interest in business development and client management.

Responsibilities

• Deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process.
