Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Multi Drop Delivery Driver for the Swansea Service Centre. You will be responsible for the speedy, efficient delivery of assembled products and invoices, adhering to corporate guidelines and health & safety requirements.

The role requires driving with a focus on reliability and customer service. Essentially, you must hold a full driving licence, be over 21 for insurance purposes, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

A full driving licence must be held relevant to the vehicle being driven.
For insurance purposes, all drivers must be over 21 years of age.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer care.
Intermediate numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

To maintain a safe and competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.
To perform a daily vehicle safety check including lights, brakes, coolant, etc.
To report faults, breakdowns, accidents or delays.
To maintain vehicle cleanliness and internal/external condition.
To ensure sufficient fuel for the day's work.
To secure the vehicle and its contents at all times.
To check and load all orders, and manage dropsheets.
To collect goods returned for credit, mail, cheques or delivery bins and return to branch.
To maintain housekeeping standards.
To manage damages/breakages per HazChem procedures.
To maintain a smart appearance and good customer relations.
To undertake other duties as defined by Management and meet Health & Safety requirements.
