MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC’s The Swan / Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, and to be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will train and motivate chefs, drive targets with your team, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure all health and hygiene regulations are met. Flexible shifts and team-focused benefits accompany this role.

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
