Job summary

Catering is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Salford site. The role involves day-to-day management and delivery of allocated construction projects, with office-site work balance. The package includes private healthcare, pension, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects.
• Experience across fit out, refurb, extensions, cut & carve and internal demolition.
• BSc in Project Management preferred, with HND/NDC considered.
• CSCS and SMSTS required.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Taking responsibility for project programmes, costs and delivery
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, clients and other project stakeholders
• Overseeing site activity and ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the required quality standards
• Managing project documentation, reporting and commercial information
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and keeping them informed of project progress
• Carrying out regular site visits and working closely with site teams
• Supporting the procurement and appointment of subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
