Qualifications

• Two+ years PQE in civil/commercial litigation preferred
• Demonstrable experience managing own matters and filing strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Take responsibility from instruction to resolution
• Assess merits, risks and commercial implications of claims
• Develop and execute litigation strategies
• Draft pleadings, statements and other documentation
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice
• Negotiate with opponents and advisers
• Prepare matters for hearings and trials
• Communicate with senior clients and stakeholders
• Supervise junior team members where appropriate
