A local council in the UK is seeking an Ambitions Coach to support adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity in achieving paid employment. As an Ambitions Coach, you’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative team that works together to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll work alongside colleagues, employers, and community partners to help adults with a learning disability and/or who are neurodiverse move towards and into paid employment. Together, we follow the 5-stage Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) to ensure every candidate’s journey is structured, strengths-based, and tailored to their individual aspirations.
