Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Amazon Brand Manager to join our team on a 1-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. As an Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account-specific strategies for assigned brands, managing client relationships from onboarding through ongoing performance management, and serving as the first level of escalation support. Your role will involve strategic thinking, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive performance results. You will also work with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms, ensuring optimal performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account-specific strategies for assigned brands
  • Execute strategies provided by Strategy Directors for specific accounts when applicable
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Create and execute optimization plans for assigned accounts
  • Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within accounts
  • Document strategy implementation and success metrics
  • Lead the client onboarding process for new accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Handle day-to-day client communications and requests
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Track and analyze key account metrics against targets
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reportsAddress and resolve routine client issues and challenges

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Amazon brand management, strong skills in strategic planning and client management, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proactive and results-driven mindset.
