We are seeking a passionate and results-driven eCommerce National Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in the digital evolution of our B2C Health & Wellness brands. At the forefront of our ambition to rapidly expand our digital-first brands, including our renowned human and animal biotic portfolios under the Bio-Kult and Protexin names, this position will be instrumental in driving sales growth for one of our largest customers. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and scaling our amazon business
  • In eCommerce implement strategies to increase product ranking and organic visibility of our products
  • Monitor product sales performance, reviews and ranking and course correct in year plans as required
  • Stay updated with amazon & other marketplace procedures and policies
  • Manage brand protection efforts alongside Head of eCommerce
  • Responsible for forecasting and P&Ls for each account (amazon, D2C and future new business)
  • Managing monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals and staying on target for internal gross sales and gross margin KPI delivery
  • Introduce test and learn opportunities into the plan to out-perform targets
  • Responsible for any WAVE initiatives required for direct-to-consumer growth
  • Active collaboration with global & local commercial and brand teams
In this role you will
  • Amazon Business Ownership: Directly manage and scale the Amazon business (1P or 3P), including day-to-day operations, campaign planning, retail readiness, and supply chain coordination.
  • Own the Amazon P&L: Full accountability for sales, margin, product mix, pricing, promotions, and inventory management across Amazon, DTC, and other marketplaces.
  • Organic Growth & Algorithm Optimization: Work with digital shelf, retail media and external partners to develop and implement strategies to improve organic ranking, click-through rate, and conversion by leveraging best practices in content, reviews, and pricing dynamics.
  • Forecasting, Accruals & Financial Reporting: Lead forecast accuracy, manage accruals, and deliver against gross sales and margin targets. Align performance to financial KPIs across all digital channels.
  • Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Track and analyse sales, traffic, reviews, and competitor performance. Use insights to optimize product listings, pricing, content, and promotional levers.
  • Commercial & Annual Planning: Collaborate with brand, Retail media, and sales teams to align eCommerce activities with the wider business calendar, launches, and strategic priorities.
  • Brand Protection & Retail Hygiene: Partner with legal and brand teams to enforce MAP, control 3P sellers, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Test & Learn Acceleration: Introduce A/B testing, pilot programs, and agile initiatives to drive incremental growth and uncover new demand drivers.
  • Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration: Actively partner with, digital shelf and retail media teams to ensure consistent execution and channel integration.
  • Marketplace & DTC Expansion: Identify and evaluate new platform opportunities (e.g., new geographies, emerging marketplaces, DTC platforms) to drive business development and reach.
