Job summary

London Business School is seeking an Alumni Relations Coordinator to join the Advancement team. You will provide broad administrative and customer service support across the Alumni team, helping deliver worldwide alumni events and volunteer initiatives.

You will be a first point of contact for volunteers, alumni and colleagues, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally with a strong service mindset. The role focuses on onboarding alumni, responding to inquiries via the Alumni Engagement

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised with strong customer focus.
• Experience supporting alumni events and volunteering programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for alumni enquiries within the Alumni Volunteers team.
• Provide excellent customer service to alumni, volunteers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support event administration, bookings, guest lists, surveys and gifts.
• Onboard alumni onto MyLBS and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Administer event listings and content on MyLBS.
• Track customer service interactions to drive improvements.
