A national charity organization is seeking an Alumni Community Manager to lead a vibrant network for young alumni. The role focuses on fostering connections, advocating for youth voices in decision-making, and collaborating with external organizations. Candidates should have community engagement experience and the ability to create impactful alumni experiences. This hybrid role requires working from the office in London or Oxford at least 8 times monthly and offers a chance to directly influence the lives of young people.
As Alumni Community Manager you will lead a vibrant and inclusive network that keeps young people connected long after their YE experience. Your role will involve creating pathways for alumni to grow, give back, and make an impact while championing Youth Voice, co‑designing opportunities with young people, and leading initiatives that inspire, engage, and energise the community.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work from a Young Enterprise office (London or Oxford) at least 8 times per month.
Keeping Young People Safe – safeguarding is at the core of everything we do. All successful applicants will receive ongoing safeguarding training throughout their employment and will be expected to uphold excellent safeguarding practice at all times.
