Job summary

NE&C Windows and Doors Limited is seeking an Aluminium Fabricator to join its Washington-based manufacturing team. You will fabricate aluminium windows, doors, bi-folds and curtain walling from technical drawings, using CNC machinery and a range of workshop tools. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Background in general fabrication.
• Experience with CNC machinery and workshop tools.
• Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings.
• Strong health and safety awareness in a factory setting.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminium products: windows, doors, bi-fold doors, lift-and-slide systems and curtain walling.
• Use hand and power tools and operate workshop equipment.
• Follow fabrication drawings and standard operating procedures.
• Operate CNC machinery as part of the fabrication process.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and safety standards.
