Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking an experienced Technical Service & Development Engineer in Telford for a hybrid role spanning technical support, product development, and workshop fabrication. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Technical, Operations and Product Development teams to resolve aluminium system challenges.

The role combines hands-on workshop activities with office-based design reviews, documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium window/door systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with fabrication and testing
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to work across office and workshop environments

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for aluminium window and door systems
• Assist with development of new products and improvements
• Produce prototypes and samples in the workshop
• Support technical sales with complex customer enquiries
• Create and maintain fabrication and technical manuals and documentation
• Deliver technical training to customers and colleagues
