Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Rochester, Kent, is seeking an Aluminium Fabricator for a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will handle fabrication from drawings through to finished assembly in a hands-on workshop environment.

You will prepare materials, cut aluminium to precise dimensions, and assemble components with mechanical fixings while maintaining safe, organised work practices. Prior aluminium experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Substantial fabrication and assembly experience with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate work.

Mansioni

• Read CAD drawings, measurements and specs.
• Select, measure and prepare aluminium sections for fabrication.
• Operate cutting machinery and workshop tools safely.
• Assemble components and verify dimensions and finish against drawings.
• Perform visual quality checks and resolve issues before progressing.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team to clarify drawings and suggest improvements.
• Carry out equipment checks and basic maintenance, keep area safe and tidy.
